A sin of which I am shamefully guilty, gossip, covered in a very honest NYtimes article reflecting on some gossip research.

In the article, it destroys a school.
It hurts the giver of gossip, the hearer of gossip, and the object of gossip.
I appreciate the workplace gossip-ending tip given: "Don't we have some work to do here?"
Josh: the hardest part about gossip is that it's usually true. If lying suddenly ended, gossip would still live on. Gossip is the me, confronting someone else's sin with you (and not them).
